Elle n'est pas tir\u00e9e d'un manuel de psychologie, mais elle d\u00e9crit parfaitement un pi\u00e8ge psychologique.<br><br>Au fond, l'unicit\u00e9 du terminal est la croyance que vous \u00eates diff\u00e9rent d'une mani\u00e8re qui vous exempte des solutions qui fonctionnent pour les autres.<br><br>C'est la voix qui dit :<br><br>- \"Cela aurait pu marcher pour eux, mais pas pour moi\".<br>- Personne n'a souffert comme moi.<br>- \"Je suis trop intelligent pour ce genre de choses.\"<br>- \"Je ne suis pas aussi mauvais que ces gens.\"<br>- Ou parfois, \"Je suis pire qu'eux et je ne peux pas les aider\".<br><br>Elle est sournoise, car elle porte diff\u00e9rents masques : sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9, honte, d\u00e9fi, d\u00e9sespoir, voire po\u00e9sie tragique. Mais quel que soit le masque, le r\u00e9sultat est le m\u00eame : isolement, r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'aide, et souvent rechute ou souffrance continue.<br><br>La partie \"terminal\" ? Ce n'est pas un simple effet de mode. C'est un avertissement. Si l'on n'y prend garde, ce genre de raisonnement peut \u00eatre mortel. Car si vous croyez vraiment que vous \u00eates trop unique pour vous r\u00e9tablir, vous ne laisserez jamais entrer compl\u00e8tement le m\u00e9dicament. Vous serez toujours un peu \u00e0 part - au-dessus ou en dessous - et c'est dans cette s\u00e9paration que la d\u00e9pendance prosp\u00e8re.<br><br>Mais autour des tables, nous apprenons quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent :&nbsp;<br>Oui, votre histoire est unique.&nbsp;<br>Oui, vos blessures sont r\u00e9elles.&nbsp;<br>Mais votre douleur ? Votre peur ? Votre d\u00e9sir, votre honte, votre espoir et votre chagrin ?&nbsp;<br>Ils sont universels.<br><br>Et le chemin vers la sortie - la fraternit\u00e9, l'abandon, les \u00e9tapes, le travail - n'est pas d\u00fb au fait que nous sommes tous les m\u00eames.&nbsp;<br>Cela fonctionne parce que nous ne le sommes pas, mais nous marchons quand m\u00eame ensemble.<br><br>L'unicit\u00e9 terminale meurt le jour o\u00f9 nous r\u00e9alisons que nous ne sommes pas sp\u00e9ciaux dans nos souffrances - nous sommes simplement humains.
