Tirer. Arr\u00eater. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et puis un jour, les pistes se sont arr\u00eat\u00e9es.<br>Retir\u00e9. D\u00e9class\u00e9. Termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, il s'est repos\u00e9.<br>Il l'avait m\u00e9rit\u00e9.<br>Mais au bout d'un certain temps, des choses \u00e9tranges ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se produire :<br>Le moteur rouille. Les jauges sont bloqu\u00e9es.<br>Les roues sont encore solides, <em>gel\u00e9 sur place<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et lorsqu'une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 s'est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e - pas un autre travail dans le train, mais quelque chose de plus lent, de plus l\u00e9ger, de plus significatif - le vieux moteur a essay\u00e9 de bouger...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>...mais il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mourir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parce que les machines construites pour bouger ne font pas bon m\u00e9nage avec l'immobilisme.<\/strong><br>Les hommes non plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi = Carburant | But = Boussole<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenons-y :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Votre raison d'\u00eatre = carburant<\/strong><br>C'est ce qui vous motive <em>aujourd'hui<\/em>.<br>C'est personnel. \u00c9motionnel. Elle na\u00eet souvent de la douleur, de l'amour ou de la perte.<br>Le texte est le suivant : <em>\"C'est pour cela que je continue.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Votre objectif = boussole<\/strong><br>C'est l\u00e0 que vous \u00eates <em>en cours<\/em>.<br>Il est plus important que votre liste de choses \u00e0 faire ou que votre date de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9.<br>Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la question : <em>\"Quel est le but de ma vie, maintenant que je suis encore l\u00e0 ?\"<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Why est une question de <em>la douleur qui vous a pouss\u00e9<\/em>,<br>L'objectif est de <em>sens qui vous tire<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexte de r\u00e9tablissement dans le monde r\u00e9el : Les hommes au bout du chemin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce que j'ai vu trop souvent pour l'ignorer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un homme prend sa retraite apr\u00e8s 40 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il pensait que la libert\u00e9 serait synonyme de paix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mais apr\u00e8s quelques semaines de golf, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de grasse matin\u00e9e...<br>Il se remet \u00e0 boire.<br>Ou bien il est d\u00e9prim\u00e9.<br>Ou son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 se d\u00e9grade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas parce qu'il est faible.<br>Mais parce qu'on n'a jamais appris au moteur \u00e0 tourner au ralenti.<br>Et personne ne l'a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver un nouveau titre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'arr\u00eater <em>travail<\/em>.<br>Nous devons <em>sens de commencer<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neuroscience : Pourquoi le but est important pour la survie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tudes sur <strong>objectif et vieillissement<\/strong> montrent quelque chose de stup\u00e9fiant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les personnes ayant un sens aigu de l'objectif <strong>vivre plus longtemps<\/strong>M\u00eame en tenant compte de l'\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, du revenu et du mode de vie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une \u00e9tude de 2014 publi\u00e9e dans <em>Science psychologique<\/em>Les adultes ayant un but ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>15% moins de chances de mourir<\/strong> sur une p\u00e9riode de 14 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'objectif est d'activer le <strong>cortex pr\u00e9frontal<\/strong> - la partie du cerveau consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la planification, \u00e0 la concentration et \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision, qui d\u00e9cline \u00e0 la retraite <em>sauf si<\/em> r\u00e9engag\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dopamine et voies de la r\u00e9compense<\/strong> Le cerveau commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9sengager lorsqu'il n'est plus stimul\u00e9 par la productivit\u00e9 ou la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, \u00e0 moins que nous ne trouvions des solutions \u00e0 nos probl\u00e8mes. <em>nouveau sens<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La traduction ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si vous ne remplacez pas la boucle de r\u00e9compense du travail par un objectif, le cerveau commence \u00e0 s'\u00e9teindre. Litt\u00e9ralement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le pourquoi et le but du r\u00e9tablissement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Votre Pourquoi<\/strong> vous emp\u00eache de revenir en arri\u00e8re.<br><strong>Votre objectif<\/strong> vous donne une raison de continuer \u00e0 aller de l'avant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pourquoi dit-on : <em>\"Je ne retournerai pas dans cet endroit sombre.\"<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'objectif est atteint : <em>\"Je veux \u00eatre une lumi\u00e8re pour quelqu'un d'autre.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans Pourquoi, vous \u00eates en danger.<br>Sans but, vous \u00eates dans une situation d'attente.<br><strong>Vous \u00eates peut-\u00eatre sobre, mais vous ne vivez pas vraiment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Questions de r\u00e9flexion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Quel est mon <em>Pourquoi<\/em> en ce moment ?<\/strong><br>La perte, la peur ou l'amour me maintiennent dans la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 <em>aujourd'hui<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Ce qu'il faut faire <em>piste<\/em> suis-je en train de faire - et o\u00f9 va-t-il ?<\/strong><br>Ai-je d\u00e9fini une orientation qui va au-del\u00e0 de l'abstinence ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Quelle partie de moi prend vie lorsque j'aide, je guide, j'enseigne ou je suis simplement pr\u00e9sent ?<\/strong><br>C'est la semence de l'objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Si mon travail prend fin, si mes enfants grandissent ou si mes r\u00f4les changent, qui suis-je sans ces choses ?<\/strong><br>Qui est-ce que je veux devenir maintenant ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9flexion finale : Construire une nouvelle voie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire de prendre sa retraite <em>sens<\/em>.<br>Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'arr\u00eater de bouger, il suffit de prendre une nouvelle direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posez-vous donc la question :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qu'est-ce qui me brise le c\u0153ur et que je peux aider \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelle v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ai-je gagn\u00e9 le droit de dire ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qui a encore besoin du type d'aide pour lequel je priais ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n'avez pas besoin de tout comprendre.<br>Il suffit de donner un nom \u00e0 votre Pourquoi.<br>Et commencez \u00e0 orienter votre vie vers quelque chose de plus profond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce qu'un train sans rails ne se repose pas.<br><strong>Il rouille.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et fr\u00e8re -<br><strong>vous \u00eates all\u00e9s trop loin pour
